They can then monitor their place in line on their phone. To facilitate fast moving lines, customers are called in small groups.

Customers can see their place in line on an app that is updated in real time so that they can wait wherever they like.

With QCrowds, customers can join the line anonymously and then simply present a barcode at the entrance to enter the place of business. With QBright you can require customers to enter their name and phone number to join the line and then call them into an appointment by name.

Customers can join the virtual waiting list online, by using a kiosk, or by calling your business.

When not using the web app, customers can receive updates of their place in line by SMS or push notification.
